Returns/Cancellations
Guarantee of Satisfaction: We want you to be happy with everything you buy from tntjamin.bizhosting.com. We will exchange or refund your items provided you have a valid Customer Advice Note. Your goods must be returned in a perfect condition within 21 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment and at the original selling price. If you do not have a copy of your Customer Advice Note, please contact customer services at customerservice@tntjamin.com or call 0208 902 4422 Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund your postage cost. Please ensure these are detailed in your return package. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returning goods to tntjamin
Post the goods you want to return together with your Customer Advice Note, including details of your reason for return, stating whether you require a refund or exchange. Please send the goods to: tntjamin.bizhosting.com, Customer Returns, 104 Nicola Close, Wembley, Middlesex, HA5 3BQ, England.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange any item, simply return the item to the above address with details of the product required. You will be charged for shipping on your new purchase, unless the exchange is at the fault of tntjamin.

Lost Deliveries/Faulty/Damaged Goods
If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait 30 days before replacing your product as advised by our fulfillment supplier. All replacement items will be shipped at the cost of tntjamin. If you receive any product that is faulty or damaged, please post the goods you wish to return together with your Customer Advice Note, including full details of what the fault is with the product, stating whether you require a refund or an exchange. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability). All replacement items wil be shipped at the cost of tntjamin. We will credit your account for the full amount of the return shipping charges.
